Licensing: Required instruction.

An applicant for an intern’s license or a polygraphic examiner’s license must: 1. Provide the Board evidence that the applicant has successfully completed a basic course of instruction in polygraphic examination which was given by a school certified by the American Polygraph Association; or 2. Demonstrate to the Board that the applicant has successfully completed an equivalent course.
