“Unapproved course” defined.

“Unapproved course” means a course of study or training or an activity related to medical technology which is not offered by any of the organizations set forth in NAC 652.025 . The term includes: 1. The development and presentation of a seminar or workshop to persons who specialize in the area of health care; 2. Attendance at workshops offered at a person’s place of work or presented by manufacturers or vendors of medical technology; 3. The publication of a book or paper related to medical technology; and 4. The preparation of an exhibit for a medical journal or meeting.
