Exemption from provisions of chapter for director of HIV testing laboratory.

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 652.398 , the provisions of this chapter, including, without limitation, any requirement to perform duties other than those prescribed in NRS 652.180 , do not apply to the director of an HIV testing laboratory.
