Director’s license: Action on application.

A license as a director may be issued by the Division on behalf of the Board for those applicants who qualify for licensure under NAC 652.380 to 652.395 , inclusive. The Division shall notify the applicant of the status of the application within 30 days after receipt of a completed application.
