“Annual Audited Financial Report” means: 1. The report which must be filed with the Commissioner in accordance with NRS 680A.265 . 2. For an insurer domiciled in Canada or Great Britain, the annual statement of total business on the form filed by the insurer with its domiciliary supervision authority, duly audited by a chartered accountant.
