An insurer may: 1. Terminate his or her contract with a managing general agent for cause by written notice to the agent. 2. If the insurer and the managing general agent enter into a dispute regarding the cause for the termination of the agent, suspend the authority of the agent to underwrite insurance for the insurer during the dispute. 3. Cancel or refuse to renew any policy of insurance subject to the provisions of NRS 687B.310 to 687B.410 , inclusive.
