Refusal to provide service.

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 704.383 , a utility may refuse service or refuse to resume service to a customer: 1. Until the customer complies with the requirements of the Commission and set forth in the tariff of the utility; 2. If the customer has obtained or attempted to obtain service by fraudulent means, unless the conditions constituting the fraud have been corrected; or 3. If there exists any of the conditions described in NAC 704.350 .
