Annual notification of gross domestic product deflator.

On or before February 1 of each year, the Regulatory Operations Staff shall notify all public utilities to which the provisions of NAC 704.570 to 704.628 , inclusive, apply pursuant to NAC 704.575 of the most recent gross domestic product deflator.
