Limitation on selection of alternative due date; exception.

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Secretary of State may limit the number of times a limited partnership or foreign limited partnership can select an alternative due date. 2. The Secretary of State may allow for additional selections of an alternative due date beyond any limit imposed by subsection 1 in extenuating circumstances.
