1. An agreement with a debtor, pursuant to NRS 353C.130 , for the payment of a debt on an installment basis may include a provision that requires the debtor to pay interest on the debt. 2. The rate of interest included in such an agreement must be equal to the rate established pursuant to NRS 99.040 .
