Burden of proof or explanation.

Any party required to appear before the Committee pursuant to: 1. NRS 354.665 to explain the reason that a document has not been filed has the burden of proving that the document was filed as required or providing an explanation satisfactory to the Committee of the reason that the document was not filed as required. 2. NRS 354.671 to explain the reason that a payment has not been made has the burden of proving that the payment was made as required or providing an explanation satisfactory to the Committee of the reason that the payment was not made as required.
