Briefs.

1. In any proceeding, the Committee, Director or hearing officer may order briefs filed within such time as the Committee, Director or hearing officer allows. 2. Briefs must be filed with the Director or hearing officer and be accompanied by an acknowledgment of or an affidavit showing service on all other parties of record.
