Disclosure of interest to prospective purchaser.

If a licensee owns or has an interest in a time share which he or she is attempting to sell, or has an interest in the time-share plan of the time share, the licensee shall disclose the interest and the nature thereof in writing to a prospective purchaser before or at the time of his or her receipt of an offer to purchase.
