Calculation of net proceeds.

The net proceeds of a geothermal resource must be calculated using the gross yield of the geothermal resource, as determined pursuant to NRS 362.120 and NAC 362.368 , less the amount of any deduction that is available pursuant to NRS 362.120 and this chapter.
