Cite as Nev. Admin. Code Sec. 424.190

1. Any applicant for a license to operate a foster home or a licensed provider of foster care who has been investigated by an agency which provides child welfare services and regarding whom a finding of substantiated abuse or neglect of a child has been made by that agency must be denied a license to operate a foster home or have his or her existing license revoked, as applicable. 2. Any applicant for a license to operate a foster home or a licensed provider of foster care whose own children have been in foster care or otherwise placed outside of his or her home for the purpose of adoption or foster care may be denied a license to operate a foster home or have his or her existing license revoked, as applicable.
