Provision of care for mental, behavioral and emotional health of children.

1. A foster home, in cooperation with the agency placing a child in the home, shall arrange for any needed services for the care or treatment of the mental, behavioral and emotional health of the child. 2. The foster home shall observe children closely for signs of change in emotional, behavioral or mental functioning, including improvement or deterioration in behavior, social interaction, talk about suicide, running away and other factors. Any observed signs of change must be documented in the child’s record and reported to the agency placing the child in the home.
