Provision of information concerning child to provider of foster care and applicable foster care agency.

The licensing authority shall, within 10 working days after it obtains any information regarding a child which it is required to provide to a provider of foster care pursuant to NRS 424.037 or 424.038 , provide that information to the provider of foster care and any applicable foster care agency on a form prescribed by the agency which provides child welfare services.
