Liability for willful or negligent acts.

An operator or trainee shall, unless otherwise required by statute: 1. Assume liability for his or her willful or negligent acts, or the willful or negligent acts of his or her employees or agents, that cause injury or damage to persons or property; and 2. Hold the Bureau harmless for any such acts.
