List of recommended applicants; notification by Director.

1. After reviewing all requests, the Committee shall submit to the Director a list of each applicant recommended for funding. 2. The Director will notify each applicant whether its request for funding has been granted. 3. As used in this section, “Director” means the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services.
