1. The Executive Director of the Office of Economic Development shall serve as Administrator. 2. The Administrator shall: (a) Administer this chapter. (b) Adopt all necessary regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Added to NRS by 1983, 1976; A 2011, 3452; 2015, 2768)
