“Fixed guideway” defined.

“Fixed guideway” means a mass transportation facility which uses and occupies a separate right-of-way or rails exclusively for public transportation, including, without limitation, fixed rail, automated guideway transit and exclusive facilities for buses. (Added to NRS by 2009, 837)
