Unlawful recording of map by recorder: Penalty.

Any county recorder who records a map contrary to the provisions of NRS 278.010 to 278.630, inclusive, or of any local ordinance adopted pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor. [33:110:1941; 1931 NCL § 5063.32]—(NRS A 1993, 2583; 2003, 977)
