“Diffuse source” defined.

“Diffuse source” means any source of water pollution which is diffused to the extent that it is not readily discernible and cannot be confined to a discrete conveyance. This term is intended to be equivalent to the term “nonpoint source” as used in federal statutes and regulations. (Added to NRS by 1979, 1029)
