“Used motor vehicle” defined.

“Used motor vehicle” means a motor vehicle that has been registered for not less than 2 years with: 1. The Department of Motor Vehicles; 2. The appropriate agency of any other state, the District of Columbia, any territory or possession of the United States, any foreign country or any state or province of a foreign country; or 3. Any combination of the agencies described in subsections 1 and 2. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2353; A 2001, 2617)
