Inspection by Health Care Purchasing and Compliance Division and Aging and Disability Services Division.

Every agency to provide personal care services in the home may be inspected at any time, with or without notice, as often as is necessary by: 1. The Health Care Purchasing and Compliance Division of the Nevada Health Authority to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards; and 2. Any person designated by the Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department of Human Services to investigate complaints made against the agency to provide personal care services in the home.
