“Facility for the care of adults during the day” defined.

“Facility for the care of adults during the day” means an establishment operated and maintained to provide care during the day on a temporary or permanent basis for aged or infirm persons. The term does not include a recovery house for persons recovering from alcohol or other substance use disorders. (Added to NRS by 1983, 1657; A 1985, 1736; 2001, 2518)
