“Rural hospital” defined.

“Rural hospital” means a hospital with 85 or fewer beds which is: 1. The sole institutional provider of health care located within a county whose population is less than 100,000; 2. The sole institutional provider of health care located within a city whose population is less than 25,000; or 3. Maintained and governed pursuant to NRS 450.550 to 450.750, inclusive.
