“Senior living community referral agency” defined.

“Senior living community referral agency” means a person who refers persons who are aged to senior living communities for a fee paid by the senior living community, the person who is aged or the representative of such a person. The term does not include: 1. A senior living community or an employee of a senior living community; or 2. A resident of a senior living community, a family member of such a resident or any other person who receives any service from a senior living community, regardless of whether the person receives any form of compensation for a referral.
