The Director may impose upon the institutions subject to supervision under NRS 449.450 to 449.530, inclusive, an administrative fine not exceeding $500 per day for each violation of any of the provisions of NRS 449.450 to 449.530, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1975, 704; A 1985, 1365)
