A person who dispenses a controlled substance without being registered by the Board if required by NRS 453.231 is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130. (Added to NRS by 1979, 1672; A 1981, 737; 1991, 1162, 1656; 1995, 298, 1280, 1329)
