1. It is unlawful for any person or governmental entity to store high-level radioactive waste in Nevada. 2. As used in this section, unless the context otherwise requires, “high-level radioactive waste” has the meaning ascribed to that term in 10 C.F.R. § 60.2. (Added to NRS by 1989, 2113)
