In a county whose population is 100,000 or more, the Director may arrange for offices of the Department to remain open on Saturdays and Sundays and at hours other than 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Added to NRS by 1963, 216; A 1969, 1544; 1979, 552; 1999, 3574; 2001, 2547)
