Limitation on civil liability for publication of certain reports or bulletins; effect of provision.

1. The Commissioner and the employees of the Division, in the absence of fraud or bad faith, are not subject to civil liability for publishing any report or bulletin related to the official activities of the Commissioner or the Division. 2. This section does not abrogate or modify any privilege or immunity which applies to the Commissioner or the employees of the Division. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1063; A 1991, 1615; 1993, 1898)
