Report of violation to Commissioner; confidentiality of report.

1. Every insurer, agent, solicitor, broker, administrator or other person who has knowledge of a violation of any provision of this Code shall promptly report the facts and circumstances pertaining to the violation to the Commissioner. 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115, if a person who submits information pursuant to subsection 1 so requests, the Commissioner shall keep the person’s name and the information confidential.
