“Eligible member” defined.

“Eligible member” means a person who has a membership interest in the converting mutual on the date on which the board of directors of the converting mutual adopts a resolution proposing a plan of conversion and an amendment to its articles of incorporation. (Added to NRS by 2001, 2232)
