Nev. Rev. Stat. § 696A.340
Applicability of chapter.
This chapter does not apply to:
1. A duly authorized attorney at law acting in the usual course of his or her profession.
2. Any authorized insurer.
3. Any motor carrier association providing one or more of the services described in NRS 696A.050 to its members.
