The Taxicab Authority may: 1. Determine the circumstances that require a temporary increase in the number of taxicabs allocated pursuant to NRS 706.8824; and 2. Allocate a temporary increase in the number of taxicabs pursuant to NRS 706.88245 when the circumstances require the increase. (Added to NRS by 1991, 1960)
