When proceedings are instituted to sell or lease a county-owned telephone system pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 710.151, the district attorney shall draft the measure and an explanation thereof for submission to the registered voters. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1228; A 2015, 106)
