Application and interpretation of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter must not be interpreted to: 1. Authorize the Secretary of State to exercise oversight of video service providers except as provided in this chapter. 2. Prevent a telecommunication provider from exercising any rights or authority that the provider has as a public utility under federal or state law. (Added to NRS by 2007, 1356)
