The intent of this Circular Letter is that to advise all automobile insurers of the list of Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course Sponsors, recently updated by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Companies should consider furnishing revised literature to all newly written insureds no later than February 1, 1987. Such updated literature should also be furnished to all other insureds with the next renewal or billing notice sent to them on or after March 1, 1987.
