June 17, 1987 SUBJECT: INSURANCE Circular Letter No. 10 (1987) WITHDRAWN TO: ALL AUTOMOBILE SELF-INSURERS AND INSURERS LICENSED TO WRITE AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE IN NEW YORK STATE RE: REIMBURSEMENT FOR HOSPITAL INPATIENT SERVICES UNDER NO-FAULT FOR TREATMENT RENDERED ON AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 1987 According to the provisions of 11NYCRR 68.2 (Regulation No. 83), the schedule of all-inclusive rates for hospital inpatient services provided pursuant to section 5102(a)(1) of the Insurance Law shall be the rates approved by the Chairman of the Workers" Compensation Board in conformity with the provisions of chapter 767 of the Laws of 1977, as amended, and section 2807-a of the Public Health Law, as amended. The attached schedule of rates has been approved by the Chairman. Accordingly, no-fault insurers shall use the schedule for payment of hospital inpatient services rendered during the period of January 1, 1987 through December 31, 1987.
