Circular Letter No. 25 (1998) October 9, 1998 TO: ALL AUTHORIZED MOTOR VEHICLE INSURERS AND INSURANCE PRODUCER ORGANIZATIONS RE: MOTOR VEHICLE LIABILITY AND COLLISION INSURANCE PREMIUM REDUCTION FOR COMPLETION OF AN ACCIDENT PREVENTION COURSE PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 2336(a)&(d) OF THE INSURANCE LAW This Circular Letter updates and supersedes all earlier Circular Letters relative to this matter in order to advise motor vehicle insurers of all Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course sponsors now approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
