Approval and execution of projects

§ 51-1105. Approval and execution of projects. 1. Metropolitan park, open space preservation, waterway, and trailway projects shall be undertaken pursuant to this title only with the approval of the commissioner. 2. Such projects as have been approved by the commissioner shall be executed by the office in the manner provided by applicable law.
