Conveyances to the state

§ 9-1911. Conveyances to the state. Nothing in this title shall be interpreted as at any time preventing any person claiming a disputed parcel from offering to convey any such parcel, any portion of such parcel, or any interest in such parcel to the state on such terms and conditions as the owner finds acceptable, provided the state may, solely in its discretion, decide whether to accept any such offer.
