Removal of beaver

§ 15-1949. Removal of beaver. In the event that any drainage improvement district is inhabited by or is invaded by beaver and the work of those animals interferes with the proper operation of the drainage system, the commissioner may cause such beaver to be removed or destroyed as he shall determine.
