Rescission of Bulletins (Rescinds Bulletins 94-5, 92-5 and 90-1; see the text of the bulletin for the titles.)

# Bulletin No. 2008-05 # RESCISSION OF BULLETINS (Effective March 20, 2008) The purpose of this bulletin is to rescind three Ohio Department of Insurance ("Department") bulletins. Bulletins 92-5 and 90-1 are outdated. The substance of Bulletin 94-5, per O.R.C. §3901.34(C), has more properly been addressed by the development of a form, INS 7239, which has been posted, with instructions and hyperlinks, in the Financial Regulation area of the Department's website.
