# DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE BULLETIN Bulletin 2008-08 RESCISSION OF BULLETIN 96-1 Effective Date: October 3, 2008 The purpose of this bulletin is to rescind an Ohio Department of Insurance Bulletin that has become outdated. Bulletin 96-1, Reporting Suspected Fraudulent Claims, effective date July 2, 1996, is hereby rescinded.
