Rule 3745-82-03. Monitoring for compliance with secondary maximum contaminant levels

119.03 The parameters in this chapter shall be monitored at the intervals prescribed in Chapters 3745-81 and 3745-82 of the Administrative Code or rule 3745-83-01 of the Administrative Code, except that, if the director prescribes in written notice to the affected system other intervals necessary to protect the public health or welfare, the parameters shall be monitored at the intervals prescribed in the written notice.
