Rule 3746-5-11. Answer to the notice of appeal

111.15 (A) An appellee shall file a notice of appearance and an answer with the commission within seven days of receipt of the notice of appeal. (B) The answer of the appellee shall respond to each assignment of error by indicating that it is admitted, denied, or that the appellee is without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of an averment as contained within an assignment of error.
