Rule 3769-16-05. Time for depositing claim

119.03 The permit holder shall provide a locked box in which claims shall be deposited in a sealed envelope. The judges shall have keys to the box. Only the money required for a registration transfer shall accompany the claim. The claim shall be deposited in the box no later than thirty minutes before post time of the race in which the claim is made. Once a claim is deposited it may not be removed. Personnel receiving claim shall note the time and date when received. The judges shall certify its validity and direct delivery of the horse if the claiming price is on deposit.
